SHOE CHALLENGE #7 - 16

65 pairs of shoes.. will they all be "saved"?

DAMN I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN AWHILE
date: between May 13th - July 13th, 2011

SHOE CHALLENGE # 7:

shoe: unfortunately, i actually dont know where these shoes came from. I bought them from Value Village and the bottoms have rubbed off where the company's name used to be. All I know that it says "made in portugal" on the bottom still.
where: to an outing with my boyfriend and his mother to the lakefront in Mississauga.

SHOE CHALLENGE # 8:

shoe: by NEVADA
where: to a weekend at my friends house with lots of adventure.

I also welcomed these shoes into my collection from the forever surprising Value Village. They were just so cute I couldn't resist. I never really like wedges, but I am slowly becoming more and more addicted to them. It's safe to say, these ones are saved.

SHOE CHALLENGE # 9:

shoe: by Daniel Laurent
where: to a retirement party for my pre-school teacher.

It was so sad to hear that the woman who taught me in pre-school was finally leaving her post. However, it was a great reason to wear (and save) maybe the cutest pair of shoes I own! (maybe) These lacey doll-like shoes are so comfy. And since they are black, they practically go with anything! This was also the weekend after I crossed over to the dark side and dyed my hair a nice dark auburn.

SHOE CHALLENGE # 10:

shoe: by Predictions
where: just out and about

These I believe I got lucky on. I am a very picky girl when it comes to sandals and how my feet look in them. Not sure why..just always have been. I got these from within the family so they were free! And I love the way they look on my little feet. Sometimes the part that goes between my toes hits just the right spot and hurts a little with a slight pinch, but other than that, they are a great pair of shoes.

SHOE CHALLENGE # 11:

shoe: by Frankie and Duny
where: HAPPY CANADA DAY!

Wore these to the fireworks display at Ontario Place this year. Also bought from Value Village for $14, they still had the original tag on it from Zellers for $23.99. They were the perfect splash of red to match my red shirt for the occasion.

SHOE CHALLENGE # 12:

shoe: by A.co
where: HAPPY CANADA DAY!

These were also worn during Canada Day weekend. To my best friend's BBQ bash. Great times.

Bought these from Giant Tiger.
SHOE CHALLENGE # 13:

shoe: by Harajuku Lovers
where: to an Oldies Car Show in Hamilton

I am part of a non-profit organization called theBIGpink. Throughout the summer we will have our booth set up at the Oldies Car Show every thursday in Hamilton, Ontario at Pier 4 (Bayfront Park). We are raising money that will be donated to the building of the new CIBC Breast Assessment Centre at the Juravinski Hospital downtown. Being that it was an oldies car show, it was only right to dress the part of a 50s pin up girl and boy were these babies an excellent match! $40 at Winners.

SHOE CHALLENGE # 14:

shoe: by Blue Crush
where: Edward Gardens, Toronto

I rocked these babies while on set of my most current photoshoot that took place at Edward Gardens in Toronto, Ontario. The next 2 pairs of shoes posted were also featured in the shoot. Talk about your killing of birds with one stone... I saved 3 pairs of shoes that day! (That counts right?) If not, no worries, all 3 pairs have been accounted for on other occasions.

These boots were a steal from Giant Tiger for $15.
